Burlingame gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Saturday. They took down the Aragon Dons 65-51. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Panthers also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2023.

Burlingame found their leader in sophomore Lucca Maher, who shot 88% from the field en route to 31 points and five boards. Max Robenalt was another key player, putting up seven points and five rebounds.

Looking ahead, Burlingame will be taking part in a tournament against Leland at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Aragon, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Galileo at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
