If Hanson was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Scotland on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Beavers fell just short of the Freeman Flyers by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. The Beavers' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Hanson started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 27-29, 22-25, 25-20, 25-14, 15-13.

Hanson's loss dropped their record down to 11-17. As for Freeman, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-10.

Looking ahead, Hanson will challenge Viborg/Hurley on Friday. As for Freeman, they will face off against Canistota at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
