Softball Recap: Strong Comes Up Short

Strong was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 20-0 to the Taylor Tigers. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Bulldogs were not able to get on the board.

Strong's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Taylor, the victory (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 16-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Strong will take on rival Bradley at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Taylor is set to square off against their familiar foe Bearden at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
