Basketball Recap: Bay Mills Ojibwe Charter Takes a Loss

Bay Mills Ojibwe Charter was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 17th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Beaver Island Islanders, falling 66-21. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against Bay Mills Ojibwe Charter this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 55-19 last Friday.

Bay Mills Ojibwe Charter's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Beaver Island, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Maplewood Baptist Academy the next time they take the court. Bay Mills Ojibwe Charter will host Maplewood Baptist Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Beaver Island will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
