Baseball Recap: Susquehannock Triumphs

Susquehannock's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They never let the Red Lion Lions get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory. For the Warriors, this counts as revenge for the 14-2 win the Lions walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2025.

Susquehannock got a great performance from Owen Regner as he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out six over 6.1 innings pitched. Regner also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because the Warriors are 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 4-8 otherwise.

At the plate, Henry Heilman was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two triples and two runs. Those two triples gave him a new career-high.

Susquehannock's record is now 6-9. As for Red Lion, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-5.

Coincidentally, Susquehannock and Red Lion will both be playing Eastern York the next time they take the field. The Warriors will host the Golden Knights at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Lions will head out to face them at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.
