Air Academy is 9-1 against Palmer Ridge since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Air Academy Kadets will venture away from home to challenge the Palmer Ridge Bears at 5:30 p.m. Air Academy is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Air Academy is headed into the matchup after thoroughly thrashing Cheyenne Mountain: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Air Academy blew Cheyenne Mountain out of the water with a 61-27 final score. The Kadets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 games by 24 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Palmer Ridge beat Lewis-Palmer 42-37 on Tuesday. The Bears haven't had any issues with the Rangers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Air Academy pushed their record up to 20-0 with the win, which was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 33.5 points. As for Palmer Ridge, their record is now 14-5.

Air Academy beat Palmer Ridge 55-43 in their previous meeting two weeks ago. The rematch might be a little tougher for Air Academy since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
