 Cimarron-Memorial put the finishing touches on their 11th blowout victory of the season  on Thursday. They never let the Bonanza Bengals onto the board and left with  an   11-0  victory. The  win was a breath of fresh air for Cimarron-Memorial as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.
 The team  relied heavily on  Jasmine Ponce, who  fired off two  home runs, three  runs,  and three  RBI while going 3-for-3. Another player making a difference was  Mariana Ponce, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-2.
 Cimarron-Memorial's victory bumped their record up to 13-10. As for Bonanza,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 2-20.
 Cimarron-Memorial will look to defend their home field  on Friday against Centennial at 3:30  p.m. Centennial will roll in looking for their  fifth straight  win, something Cimarron-Memorial surely won't give up without a fight. As for Bonanza, they will head out on the road to  take on  Spring Valley at 3:30  p.m.  on Monday. Spring Valley is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 7.6  runs per game  this season.
