Basketball Recap: Chicago Mathematics & Science Comes Up Short

Chicago Mathematics & Science was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 59-24 loss at the hands of Fasman Yeshiva.

Chicago Mathematics & Science's loss dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Fasman Yeshiva, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chicago Mathematics & Science will take on Chicago Sullivan at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Fasman Yeshiva, they will be taking part in a tournament against Islamic Foundation at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The timing is sure in Fasman Yeshiva's favor as the squad sits on five straight wins at home while Islamic Foundation has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.
