Piedmont entered their tilt with Hayward on Friday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They blew past the Hayward Farmers 35-14. The result was nothing new for the Highlanders, who have now won five contests by 21 points or more so far this season.

As for Hayward, they have the luxury of staying home for another week and will welcome Newark Memorial at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Newark Memorial's defense has only allowed 12.2 points per game this season, so Hayward's offense will have their work cut out for them.
