Methuen took a 12-run defeat the last time they faced off against Andover, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Rangers sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 7-6 win over the Golden Warriors on Wednesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Rangers have posted since May 7, 2025.

Methuen is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.3 runs over those games.
