Softball Recap: James Monroe Comes Up Short

James Monroe fell victim to Eastern View and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 14-0 to the Cyclones. Having soared to a lofty 22 runs in the game before, the Yellow Jackets' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

James Monroe has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-11-1 record this season. As for Eastern View, the victory was the 15th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-1.
