Baseball Game Preview: Redmond Panthers vs. Caldera

For the second straight game, Redmond will face off against Caldera. The Panthers are taking a road trip to challenge Caldera at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.

Redmond is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They put the hurt on Caldera with a sharp 11-4 win on Wednesday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Panthers as it put an end to their nine-game losing streak.

For Caldera's part, they got a good showing from Isaac Price, who tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. That's the first time Price hasn't allowed a single earned run since back in May of 2024.

On the hitting side, Brody Whitcomb was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in both of his plate appearances with three stolen bases and one run.

Redmond's win bumped their record up to 3-17. As for Caldera, their loss dropped their record down to 5-13.
