McCracken County came tearing into Monday's game with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Graves County Eagles by a score of 8-4. The Mustangs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

McCracken County pushed their record up to 10-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for Graves County, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-7.
