Snow Canyon and Hurricane are an even 4-4 against one another since March of 2024, but not for long. The Warriors will head out on the road to face off against the Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Snow Canyon will be strutting in after a victory while Hurricane will be coming in after a loss.

Last Thursday, Snow Canyon made easy work of Dixie and carried off a 3-0 win. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Flyers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

While Snow Canyon won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-15, 25-22.

Meanwhile, Hurricane was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to Cedar. While the Tigers didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Reds 25-21 in the first set.

Hurricane couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Cedar a tough time in the third set. The final score came out to 21-25, 25-17, 34-32, 25-22.

Hurricane's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Snow Canyon, their win bumped their record up to 8-9.

Snow Canyon was able to grind out a solid victory over Hurricane in their previous meeting back in March, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Warriors since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
