McAllen Memorial had won four straight games and Eva Villarreal did her part to make it five on Tuesday. The McAllen Memorial Mustangs breezed by the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest Javelinas to the tune of 68-6 thanks in part to Villarreal, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 12 boards. She is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down 11 or more in the last four games she's played.

Madison Borjas was another key player, putting up ten points and seven steals. That's the most steals she has posted since back in November.

McAllen Memorial pushed their record up to 18-6 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.6 points per game. As for Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest, they are on a 26-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.
