St. Anthony had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Marshall Lions. For the Bulldogs, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 win the Lions walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: St. Anthony took both sets by at least 13 points. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-12.

St. Anthony's victory bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Marshall, their loss ended a six-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 12-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Anthony will take on Mt. Zion in a tournament on Saturday. As for Marshall, they will welcome St. Joseph-Ogden at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
