Football Game Preview: Solomon vs. Goessel

Solomon will challenge Goessel on the road at District Game at 7:00 PM on Friday. Goessel will need to watch out since Solomon have now posted big point totals in their last three contests.

Solomon were able to grind out a solid win over Moundridge last week, winning 48-34. No one put up better numbers for Solomon than senior Braden Neilson, who brought his A game into the match. He rushed for 188 yards and 5 touchdowns. In fact, with 14 tackles Neilson was a force on both sides of the ball.

Meanwhile, Goessel had a bit more than a touchdown to spare in a 30-20 victory over Wakefield. The success made it back-to-back wins for Goessel.

Their wins bumped Solomon to 3-0 and Goessel to 2-1. While both teams are coming in off of wins, only one will triumph this week. Who will it be ? Check back in with MaxPreps after the game is over for details.
