Volleyball Recap: Anderson Takes a Loss

The Anderson Raptors lost 3-0 to the Loveland Tigers on Thursday.

While Anderson was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-11, 25-23.

Anderson's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Loveland, they pushed their record up to 10-3 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Anderson will face off against Milford at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Eagles will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something the Raptors surely won't give up without a fight. As for Loveland, they will head out to challenge Turpin at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Tigers are facing the Spartans at the right time seeing as the Spartans are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
