Volleyball Recap: Bishop Moore Wins Going Away Against Mount Dora

With a playoff game on the line, Bishop Moore rose to the challenge on Saturday. They blew past the Mount Dora Hurricanes 3-0. The Hornets have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Hurricanes, too.

Leah McDonald paced Bishop Moore's offense, picking up 17 kills. McDonald got some help from Camila Valenzuela and her 34 assists. Valenzuela was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Bishop Moore pushed their record up to 21-7 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Mount Dora, their loss dropped their record down to 14-6.
