Fans were treated to a battle of the Tigers on Tuesday. Skyline were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Stockton. This was payback for Skyline, who suffered a 3-2 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-10, 25-17.

Tymber Pinon paced Skyline's offense, picking up 12 kills. Pinon got some help from Jenna Hunt and her 11 assists. Pinon also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Kimber Henderson, each putting up four.

Hayleigh Burres and Aleah Daulton certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Burres had 17 digs, while Daulton had nine assists and seven digs.

Skyline has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5-1 record this season. As for Stockton, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 11 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-11-2 record this season.

Skyline didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Miller on the 24th. As for Stockton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-2 defeat against Marionville on the 25th.
