Bellevue is 9-1 against Sammamish since April of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Wolverines will square off against the RedHawks at 4:30 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with 23 consecutive losses dating back to last season for Bellevue and six for Sammamish.

Bellevue lost 23-5 to Inglemoor on Friday.

Bellevue saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cameron Frisbie, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI. Theo Cutler also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.

North Creek hit Sammamish with a five-run second inning on Friday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The RedHawks came up short against the Jaguars, falling 10-0.

Bellevue's defeat dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Sammamish, their loss dropped their record down to 4-14.

Bellevue might still be hurting after the 15-0 defeat they got from Sammamish in their previous meeting back in March. Can the Wolverines avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
