Volleyball Recap: De Soto Wildcats vs. Pittsburg Dragons
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mill Valley, De Soto was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They came out on top against the Pittsburg Dragons by a score of 2-0.
De Soto easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-17.
De Soto was led to victory by Peyton Gab and Gracy Eaton. Gab had three digs and two aces, while Eaton had five digs. That's the most aces Gab has posted since back in September.
De Soto's victory bumped their record up to 16-19. As for Pittsburg, their loss dropped their record down to 19-12-4.
De Soto has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Sumner Academy on the 26th. Pittsburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
