Basketball Recap: Northgate Gets the Win

Northgate hadn't done well against Morrow recently (they were 0-6 in their previous six matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Northgate Vikings secured a 54-50 W over the Morrow Mustangs. This was a revenge game for the Vikings: when they faced off against the Mustangs back in January, they had to take a 82-80 loss.

Despite the loss, Morrow still got an impressive performance from Dayton Harris, who posted 13 points. O'Neil Bruce was another key player, putting up nine points.

The win got Northgate back to even at 12-12. As for Morrow, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-17.
