Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lincoln). They were the clear victors by a 14-0 margin over the Farragut Admirals on Thursday. With that victory, the Trojans brought their scoring average up to 6.3 runs per game.
Lincoln got a big performance out of Cody Garber, who scored two runs while going 2-for-2. Those two runs gave Garber a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Lucas Cannady, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-4.
Lincoln's win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Farragut, their loss dropped their record down to 9-4.
