Softball Recap: Riverview Picks Up Third Straight Win at Home

It's playoff time, and Riverview had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Sickles Gryphons by a score of 15-11 on Monday. The victory continues a trend for the Sharks in their matchups with the Gryphons: they've now won three in a row.

The team relied heavily on Juliet Sederio, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with four stolen bases, three runs, and one double. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 1 stolen bases per game. Another player making a difference was Brooklyn Girard, who went 2-for-3 with three runs, one triple, and one RBI.

Riverview was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .400. They are 9-1 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.
