Softball Recap: Flomaton Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Flomaton's offense. They lost 6-0 to the Foley Lions on Thursday. The Hurricanes were not able to make up for their defeat to the Lions from their previous meeting back in March of 2025.

Flomaton got a good showing from Zhoie Rolin, who pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit.

Flomaton now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Foley, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-7 record this season.

Foley will square off against Baldwin County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Flomaton will be paying especially close attention to the Lions' contest: after the Lions face off against the Tigers, they'll take on Flomaton again at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
