Basketball Game Preview: Iowa-Grant Panthers vs. Lancaster Flying Arrows

The Iowa-Grant Panthers are taking a road trip to take on the Lancaster Flying Arrows at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.

Last Friday, Iowa-Grant came up short against Fennimore and fell 57-50. The Panthers have struggled against the Golden Eagles recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Lancaster strolled past Richland Center with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 79-62. The win continues a trend for the Flying Arrows in their matchups with the Hornets: they've now won five in a row.

Iowa-Grant's defeat dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Lancaster, their victory bumped their record up to 14-8.

Iowa-Grant ended up a good deal behind Lancaster when the teams last played back in February of 2020, losing 64-49. Can Iowa-Grant avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
