Baseball Recap: Royal Highlanders vs. Santa Monica Vikings

While Royal put up some runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Santa Monica. The Highlanders came out on top against the Vikings by a score of 5-0. The Highlanders have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Vikings, too.

Dustin Dunnwoody got the start for Royal and what a start it was: he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out nine over five innings pitched. Hudson Jarvis relieved him and did a solid job, pitching two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.

On the hitting side, Ethan Hall was excellent, going 2-for-3 with one home run.
