Basketball Recap: Oakridge Comes Up Short

Oakridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 68-58 to the Yoncalla Eagles. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2014.

Oakridge's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Yoncalla, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-4.

Oakridge and Glendale will face off at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. As for Yoncalla, they and McKenzie will face off at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played.
