Houston had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They blew past the Laquey Hornets 3-0.

Houston's got stronger as the match went on, holding Laquey to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-14, 25-11.

Houston's win bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Laquey, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-9.

Houston didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 1-1 tie against Spokane on the 11th. Laquey has also already played their next contest (against Dixon), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
