Soccer Game Preview: Providence vs. Hickory Ridge

The Providence Panthers will venture away from home to face off against the Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Providence is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.6 goals per game this season.

Hickory Ridge better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if Providence's game on Thursday is any indication, that's when Providence really gets things going. The Panthers put the hurt on Butler with a sharp 3-0 win. Providence's winning goal came courtesy of Bella Dragone.

Meanwhile, Hickory Ridge strolled into their game on Friday with an undefeated record and they left with the same. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 4-3 W against Lake Norman. That's two games straight that Hickory Ridge have won by just one goal.

Hickory Ridge's victory bumped their record up to 19-0-1. As for Providence, their win bumped their record up to 15-7.
