Basketball Recap: Haven Takes a Loss

The Haven Wildcats came up short against the Maize Eagles on Saturday and fell 42-35.

Haven has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-6-1 record this season. As for Maize, their win bumped their record up to 5-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Haven will square off against Russell at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Maize, they will challenge Salina Central on Tuesday.
