Soccer Game Preview: Norristown vs. Methacton

The Norristown Eagles are taking a road trip to take on the Methacton Warriors at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Norristown fell victim to Owen J. Roberts and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats. Norristown haven't had much luck with Owen J. Roberts recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Meanwhile, Methacton has been on a difficult stretch since their win on September 23. They and Perkiomen Valley finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw on Tuesday.

Norristown's loss dropped their record down to 10-7-1. Methacton's draw gives them a new season record of 4-8-2.
