Volleyball Recap: Coral Springs Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Coral Springs and Fort Lauderdale squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Coral Springs had to settle for second. They came up short against the Flying L's, falling 3-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Colts in their meetings with the Flying L's: they've now lost eight in a row.

Coral Springs' loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Fort Lauderdale, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-17 record this season.

Coral Springs does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fort Lauderdale, they will take on West Boca Raton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
