Basketball Recap: Logan Takes a Loss

Logan lost against Canal Winchester back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Logan Chieftains took a 50-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Canal Winchester Indians. The Chieftains just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Logan's defeat dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Canal Winchester, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-11.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Logan will square off against Athens at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Athens has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Canal Winchester, they will head out on the road to challenge Dublin Scioto at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Canal Winchester is facing Dublin Scioto at the right time seeing as Dublin Scioto is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
