Soccer Recap: Alton Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Collinsville, Alton was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Parkway North Vikings.

Max Reedy and Blake Rensing scored all three of Alton's goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

Alton now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Parkway North, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Alton will host Marquette Catholic at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Parkway North, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Seckman at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. This will be Parkway North's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
