Volleyball Recap: Swansea Takes a Loss

Swansea was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Fox Creek Predators, falling 3-0. If the Tigers were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Predators when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-11, 25-6.

Swansea's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Fox Creek, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-9.

Swansea didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 loss against Calhoun County on the 22nd. As for Fox Creek, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Silver Bluff on the 23rd.
