Basketball Recap: Bison Comes Up Short

Bison lost against Lead-Deadwood back in February of 2020 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bison Cardinals were beaten by the Lead-Deadwood Golddiggers 65-35. The Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bison's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Lead-Deadwood, their victory bumped their record up to 7-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bison will welcome Herreid/Selby at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Bison is facing Herreid/Selby at the right time seeing as Herreid/Selby is stuck on a ten-game losing streak. As for Lead-Deadwood, they will be playing at home against Rapid City Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Rapid City Christian knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Lead-Deadwood likes a good challenge.
