St. Francis DeSales extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Majid Strickland. The Stallions walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Big Walnut Golden Eagles on Thursday thanks in part to Strickland, who had 15 digs and two assists. He has been hot recently, having posted 12 or more digs the last three times he's played.

St. Francis DeSales walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 23-25, 25-23, 25-21.

St. Francis DeSales' victory bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Big Walnut, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-10.

St. Francis DeSales does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Big Walnut, they will take on Hilliard Bradley at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
