Baseball Recap: Rock Creek Takes a Loss

Rock Creek fell victim to Caney and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They lost 13-0 to the Cougars. The Mustangs have struggled against the Cougars recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost meeting.

Rock Creek's loss dropped their record down to 6-16. As for Caney, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-12 record this season.

Rock Creek will be playing at home against Mill Creek at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Mustangs are facing the Bullfrogs at the right time seeing as the Bullfrogs are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Caney, they will head out on the road to take on Colbert at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Leopards will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Cougars surely won't give up without a fight.
