Basketball Game Preview: Odessa Bronchos vs. Midland Legacy Rebels

Odessa hasn't had much luck against Midland Legacy recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Odessa Bronchos will be playing in front of their home fans against the Midland Legacy Rebels at 6:00 p.m.

Last Tuesday, Odessa had to suffer through a 67-21 loss at the hands of Frenship. While losing is never fun, the Bronchos can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 758th, while the Tigers are ranked 15th).

Meanwhile, Midland Legacy beat San Angelo Central 42-31 on Tuesday.

This is the second loss in a row for Odessa and nudges their season record down to 10-19. As for Midland Legacy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 16-12 record this season.
