Volleyball Recap: Proviso West Comes Up Short

Proviso West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Hinsdale Central Red Devils. If the Panthers were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Red Devils when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-7.

Proviso West's loss dropped their record down to 4-20. As for Hinsdale Central, they pushed their record up to 14-17 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Coming up, Proviso West is taking a road trip to challenge Hancock at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Hinsdale Central, they will challenge Hinsdale South at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
