Camden Fairview has won three straight games at home, while Hot Springs has won three straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Friday. The Cardinals will welcome the Trojans at 7:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
It was a proper cat-fight when Camden Fairview took on Hope on Friday. The Cardinals blew past the Bobcats 64-13. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 50-0.

Demarion Robinson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 239 yards and three touchdowns on only eight carries. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 101.6 rushing yards per game. Brodie Dow was another key player, throwing for 123 yards and a pair of TDs.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hot Springs). Everything went their way against Arkansas on Friday as they made off with a 75-50 win. Given the Trojans' advantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas football rankings (they are ranked 17th, while the Razorbacks are ranked 82nd) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.
Camden Fairview better keep an eye on Sedrick Allen. He was instrumental in Hot Springs' win, throwing for 504 yards and seven touchdowns while picking up 14.4 yards per attempt, and also rushing for 54 yards and one score. Those 504 passing yards gave Allen a new career-high. Gabriel / Gabe Jaime was Allen's top target, picking up 196 receiving yards and three TDs.
Hot Springs didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Treven Edington and Lebrian Jordan. Jordan is also on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made seven or more in each of the last five games he's played. Hot Springs got some further help from Jayden Meadows: he picked up three sacks and made 13 total tackles (4.0 for loss).
Camden Fairview's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Hot Springs, their win bumped their record up to 7-1.
Everything came up roses for Camden Fairview against Hot Springs when the teams last played back in November of 2024, as the squad secured a 34-6 victory. In that game, the Cardinals amassed a halftime lead of 21-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
