Basketball Recap: Davis County Victorious

Davis County's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Knoxville Panthers, sneaking past 33-30. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 56-31 last Monday.

Davis County's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-10. As for Knoxville, their loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Davis County will welcome Cardinal at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Knoxville, they will host Chariton at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Knoxville is facing Chariton at the right time seeing as Chariton is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
