Soccer Game Preview: Providence Hall vs. Cyprus

The Providence Hall Patriots will face off against the Cyprus Pirates at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Providence Hall managed to keep up with Hunter until halftime on Monday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Patriots came up short against the Wolverines, falling 3-0. Providence Hall have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Cyprus gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They never let Tooele get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Cyprus were the better team in the second half.
