Volleyball Recap: Eureka Comes Up Short

Eureka lost against Rose Hill back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Tornadoes took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rockets.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-16.

Eureka's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Rose Hill, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season.

Coincidentally, Eureka and Rose Hill will both be playing Independence the next time they take the court. The Tornadoes will host the Bulldogs at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Rockets will play them later in the day, at 10:00 a.m.
