Woodmont's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was the Wildcats who were credited with the win. The Woodmont Wildcats got it done in the shootout by posting three goals to the T.L. Hanna Yellow Jackets's two. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Woodmont as it put an end to their six-game losing streak.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Tyler Perez-Cubas, who's now up to two this season.

Woodmont's win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-10 and their overall record up to 6-10. As for T.L. Hanna, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-9 record this season.
