The Deerfield-Windsor Knights will square off against the Southland Academy Raiders at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Deerfield-Windsor is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.6 runs per game this season.

Southwest Georgia Academy hit Deerfield-Windsor with a four-run sixth inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Knights took a 9-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warriors. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Deerfield-Windsor saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Gage Tomlinson, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Southland Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They came out on top against Georgia Christian by a score of 8-3 on Friday.

Southland Academy's victory bumped their record up to 4-18. As for Deerfield-Windsor, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-7-1.
