Baseball Recap: Poston Butte Picks Up Seventh Straight Win at Home

There's no place like home for Poston Butte, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They skirted past the Arcadia Titans 4-3. This was payback for the Broncos, who suffered a 1-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Cordd Baker made a splash no matter where he played. He pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. That's the first time he hasn't allowed a single hit since back in March of 2024. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and one RBI.
