Volleyball Recap: Stadium Comes Up Short

Stadium was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Kentwood Conquerors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Conquerors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Stadium's defeat dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Kentwood, their win ended a seven-match drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 6-8.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Stadium will challenge rival Kennedy Catholic at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Kentwood is set to square off against their familiar foe Mt. Rainier at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
